About the role
- Maintain data for responsible tasks including updating Monday.com, Sharepoint, Excel, Salesforce, etc.
- Review testing inbox, update data in Excel and Word document templates, and all execution needed for testing
- Update word templates and format for Docusign, send and manage documents through Docusign, update and add information to Salesforce
- Responsible for some shipments and inbound logistics to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
- Work closely with the entire Hologenix team to ensure alignment and communication.
- Use platforms like Monday.com, Microsoft Suite, Salesforce, Sharepoint, Zoom, Teams, etc.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in logistics and operations roles.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
- Experience with Monday.com, Salesforce, and Zoom.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- High tolerance for ambiguity and change.
- Excellent communicator and highly organized.
- Excellent fluency in English (Both written and verbal).
- Currently living in Latin America.
