About the role

  • - Project Management: Responsible for inputting, delegating, and tracking hundreds of projects through Monday.com. Ensure all follow-up and deadlines are met by the team.
  • - Support CPO: Support with prioritization and delegation of tasks throughout the team.
  • - Data Management: Maintain critical data for entire Supply Chain team, like prices, specs, etc.. This will include updating Monday.com, SharPoint, Excel, Salesforce, etc.
  • - Forecasting & Inventory Planning: Analyze sales data and trends to forecast demand and place orders proactively.
  • - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the entire client's team to ensure alignment and communication.
  • - Tech Stack Operations: Use platforms like Monday.com, Microsoft Suite, Salesforce, SharePoint, Zoom, Teams, etc.

Requirements

  • - 5+ years of experience in Project Management. Preferably within the textile industry.
  • - Extremely organized and can keep entire teams on task
  • - 3+ years of experience in logistics, and operations roles. Preferably within the textile industry.
  • - Strong attention to detail.
  • - Proficiency in Monday.com, Microsoft Office and Sharepoint
  • - Experience with Salesforce and Zoom.
  • - Can work autonomously and make decisions to support the team without being told what to do.
  • - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • - High tolerance for ambiguity and change.
  • - Excellent communicator, and highly organized.
  • - Excellent fluency in English (Both written and verbal)
  • - Currently living in Latin America.
