Lead end-to-end planning and execution of software development projects, from requirements gathering through deployment.
Build and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and documentation to track milestones and dependencies.
Facilitate sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and release management in coordination with software developers and stakeholders.
Identify risks and proactively remove blockers to ensure projects stay on time and within scope.
Coordinate between engineering, product, lab operations, and education teams to ensure project requirements are clearly defined and successfully implemented.
Translate business needs into actionable technical requirements for the development team.
Communicate progress and updates across internal stakeholders, providing visibility into timelines, deliverables, and issues.
Manage the day-to-day work of the software development team, including sprint execution, QA, and testing.
Ensure effective documentation of system changes, APIs, and internal workflows.
Support the design and deployment of internal tools, dashboards, and data pipelines that support testing operations and product reporting.
Oversee the development and rollout of internal AI tools and platforms that support analytics, recommendations, and automation.
Manage the integration of AI-driven insights into internal workflows and customer-facing software.
Coordinate cross-functional feedback and testing to continuously improve AI tool performance and usability.
Develop standardized project management frameworks, templates, and best practices for the software team.
Establish clear documentation and communication protocols to improve efficiency and transparency.
Support post-launch reviews and lessons-learned analyses to inform continuous improvement.
Requirements
**2 - 5 years** of experience in project management or technical program management, ideally within a SaaS, diagnostics, or health technology environment.
Proven success managing software development projects and cross-functional teams.
Strong technical understanding of APIs, databases, and modern software development workflows (Agile/Scrum).
Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
Experience working with engineering teams to deliver scalable, data-driven solutions.
PMP, Agile, or Scrum certification preferred.
