About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Empower customer-facing teams with knowledge, tools, and resources for exceptional customer value delivery.
- Bridge the gap between Product, Product Marketing, and the Post-sales organization to drive user adoption, customer retention, and net revenue retention.
- Build and manage comprehensive onboarding programs for post-sales roles.
- Create role-based learning journeys to accelerate team ramp time and optimize performance.
- Develop and maintain ongoing enablement programs tied directly to product releases and skill gaps.
- Design assessments and readiness checkpoints to validate learning retention.
- Partner with Solutions, Product, Support, and Education teams to maintain enablement materials.
- Organize and maintain enablement content across various learning management systems.
- Build reporting and dashboards for leadership visibility on enablement program completion and readiness.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience in Post-Sales Enablement, Instructional Design, or solution implementation within a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment.
- Direct experience building enablement programs for post-sales roles such as Professional Services, Solutions Consulting, Implementation, Customer Success, Support, or similar customer-facing teams
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
- Proven ability to build strong cross-functional relationships with Product, Marketing, and Leadership.
- A self-starter mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-growing, dynamic startup environment.
- Ability to map enablement initiatives back to core business metrics like TTV, NRR, CSAT, and Net Retention.
