About the role

  • Act as a trusted advisor, product consultant, and closer to deliver ROI in renewals and upsells
  • Partner with Customer Success to monitor health scorecards and identify customer needs
  • Evangelize and solution Zip to meet current and future product needs
  • Contribute to building team culture and sales processes at a startup
  • Negotiate all facets of renewal contracts to maximize value while enhancing customer relationships
  • Engage the broader Zip team to provide updates on renewal status and escalate when needed
  • Manage customers on multi-year contracts to ensure value realization
  • Become a product and procurement expert and demo-readily present the Zip platform
  • Use sales intelligence and engagement tools to prospect, manage deal cycles, and bring on customers
  • Be adaptable and help shape the sales process in a hyper-growth environment

Requirements

  • 2+ years of technology SaaS experience
  • Experience selling to procurement, finance, legal
  • Experience driving customer retention and adoption of a SaaS product for enterprise accounts
  • Customer management skills; including sales, Account management, and customer service
  • Self-driven – you don’t need someone to motivate you to put in your best every day
  • You’d describe yourself as organized, efficient with your time, and an excellent communicator
  • Experience using tools like Salesforce, Clari, Zoominfo, LinkedIn SalesNav, and Outreach
  • Willing to go the extra mile to make sure our customers, company, team, and yourself succeed
