About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive clients’ and end customers’ overall experience and client satisfaction
  • Provide strategic and tactical leadership, oversight, and optimized client support
  • Advocate for clients within Zinnia and represent Zinnia’s consolidated capabilities to clients
  • Define new metrics and implement them with the delivery management team
  • Develop relationships with key client executives and decision makers
  • Own and oversee project delivery, day-to-day operations, service delivery, and financial management for assigned clients
  • Represent and communicate the end-to-end customer experience across internal teams
  • Identify opportunities based on client needs and influence Zinnia’s technology, servicing capabilities roadmap, and investments
  • Coordinate industry and regulatory changes and go-to-market strategies with clients
  • Design and lead dedicated core client teams in partnership with vertical managers
  • Define and execute account management strategies across assigned client accounts
  • Build strategic partnerships focused on client ROI and exceptional customer experience
  • Design and implement client satisfaction metrics and scorecards
  • Identify additional client pull-through business opportunities
  • Develop strategic and tactical plans with senior management to meet aggregate financial goals
  • Lead strategic planning sessions and support client requests for change
  • Maintain professional internal and external relationships aligned with Zinnia’s ARTIC values

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in technology, business, finance, accounting, or equivalent relevant work experience
  • Minimum 12 years’ experience in relationship management, consulting, strategic advisory, or other leadership roles interacting with all levels within a client organization
  • Understanding of the life insurance industry, especially annuities, preferred
  • Industry certifications a plus
  • Strong technology-related skills and tech savvy, including technical aspects of platforms and digital strategies
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize, organize, analyze, and present data clearly
  • Strong understanding of clients and their businesses and ability to align Zinnia services and offerings with client benefits
  • Ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical clients
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent negotiation and conflict management skills
  • Proven problem-solving, critical reasoning, and influencing skills
  • Ability to grasp complex business issues and develop recommendations and solutions
  • Excellent presentation skills for in-person or live-online delivery
