About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build and scale Revenue Strategy & Operations function
- Drive alignment across Sales, Marketing, Channels to improve customer acquisition, conversion, and retention
- Optimize the full revenue lifecycle; shorten sales cycles, reduce CAC, increase LTV
- Own core RevOps functions like Territory Planning, Pipeline and Forecasting review, Deal Desk
- Partner closely with leadership across regions and functions to ensure GTM teams are aligned for growth
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5–7 years of experience in Revenue Strategy & Operations, ideally in Enterprise SaaS or high-growth environments
- Strong understanding of the end-to-end revenue lifecycle across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success
- A doer mindset — able to flex between strategy and hands-on execution
- Proven ability to drive alignment and execution across cross-functional, global teams
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn data into clear, actionable insights
- Experience with Hubspot (or similar CRM), including reporting and dashboards
- An AI-native approach to operations — leveraging tools to drive automation and efficiency
