About the role
- Serve as the chief customer liaison
- Engage with technical stakeholders
- Drive delivery for large enterprise customers

- Ensure customers realize full platform value post-launch
- Orchestrate internal teams to deliver customer outcomes
Requirements
- Strong command of Spanish
- Excellent customer-facing and stakeholder management skills
- Strong experience in digital or IT transformation projects
- Technical-savvy and solution-oriented
- Proven ability to manage large, complex enterprise projects
- Experience in Field Service Management (FSM), Telecom, or Utilities is a plus
- Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence.
