About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Developing and documenting custom business and design requirements for Zing Health’s Salesforce platform.
  • Working with other IT teams in defining data integration requirements.
  • Contributing to the development of custom solutions by designing and documenting Salesforce enhancements and automation processes.
  • Participating in the entire software development life cycle, including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing and deployment.
  • Supporting, maintaining and improving existing Salesforce applications.
  • Creating and maintaining integrations with other applications and systems using web services and APIs.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to identify and implement system improvements.
  • Translating healthcare workflows into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, IT, business administration, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in healthcare or digital health
  • Strong communication skills to help you translate technical concepts for non-technical clients.
  • Understanding of Salesforce data model, including standard and custom objects, relationships and fields.
  • Needs analysis, eliciting requirements, business case definition, requirements writing, and requirements review.
  • Flow and process diagramming, wireframing, business data analytics, and problem solving.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Health Cloud.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools Jira and Azure DevOps.
  • Ability to interpret data models, APIs, and system integrations.
  • Proficiency in creating wireframes, process maps, and documentation using tools like Visio.
  • Experience developing requirements for integrating Salesforce with other systems using APIs and integration tools.
  • Experience with SQL and SOQL.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
