About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Developing and documenting custom business and design requirements for Zing Health’s Salesforce platform.
Working with other IT teams in defining data integration requirements.
Contributing to the development of custom solutions by designing and documenting Salesforce enhancements and automation processes.
Participating in the entire software development life cycle, including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing and deployment.
Supporting, maintaining and improving existing Salesforce applications.
Creating and maintaining integrations with other applications and systems using web services and APIs.
Collaborating with stakeholders to identify and implement system improvements.
Translating healthcare workflows into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, IT, business administration, or a related field.
7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in healthcare or digital health
Strong communication skills to help you translate technical concepts for non-technical clients.
Understanding of Salesforce data model, including standard and custom objects, relationships and fields.
Needs analysis, eliciting requirements, business case definition, requirements writing, and requirements review.
Flow and process diagramming, wireframing, business data analytics, and problem solving.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Health Cloud.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools Jira and Azure DevOps.
Ability to interpret data models, APIs, and system integrations.
Proficiency in creating wireframes, process maps, and documentation using tools like Visio.
Experience developing requirements for integrating Salesforce with other systems using APIs and integration tools.
Experience with SQL and SOQL.
Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
