Design and deliver high-impact, clean, scalable features across the platform
Collaborate with Product, Design, and the wider engineering team on product direction and technical decisions
Maintain, optimise, and secure systems for reliable performance at scale
Solve complex technical challenges and develop elegant, maintainable solutions
Learn from senior engineers, share knowledge, and contribute to continuous improvement
Keep up with tools, trends, and best practices to evolve the technology stack and processes
Own features end-to-end from initial idea through production

Requirements

What you’ll need

Solid working experience with Node.js (Express/Nest.js) and modern frontend frameworks such as Vue/Nuxt or React/Next
Good hands-on experience delivering production applications using modern JavaScript/TypeScript practices
Understanding of scalable, maintainable system design
Working familiarity with MongoDB and AWS services including Lambda, S3, and API Gateway
Some experience with deployment pipelines and automated processes
Comfortable writing tests using tools such as Jest and Cypress
Ability to collaborate effectively with engineers, designers, and product teams
Product-minded approach focused on user experience and business goals
Ability to explain technical thinking clearly, ask questions, and engage constructively with feedback
Kind, supportive, collaborative, and humble attitude
