About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own outbound strategy: cold calls, cold emails, and smart LinkedIn engagement
- Deep dive into accounts, map buying groups, and tailor outreach
- Qualify leads and support deal progression with AEs
- Work closely with Marketing & Partnerships on campaigns and events
- Use Hubspot, Outreach, and data to optimise your pipeline
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years in outbound SDR roles (B2B SaaS or similar)
- Proven success targeting senior stakeholders in complex orgs
- Experience with MEDPIC, Outreach, Hubspot, and Sales Navigator
- Sharp writing, confident calling, and strong commercial instincts
- Motivated, coachable, and always looking for a smarter way to work
