Design and deliver high-impact solutions that are clean, scalable, and built to last, delighting thousands of customers.
Work with Product, Design, and customers to define *what* we build and *how* we build it for long-term success.
Maintain, optimise, and secure our systems so they perform at their best, even at scale.
Lead the charge on tricky technical challenges, turning complex problems into elegant, maintainable solutions.
Support and guide other engineers, sharing knowledge and raising the technical bar for the team.
Keep up with new tools, trends, and best practices, helping us continuously evolve our stack and processes.
Take full responsibility from initial idea to production, making sure every detail delivers value to users.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Advanced skills with Node.js (Express/Nest.js) and modern frontend frameworks like Vue/Nuxt or React/Next, building smooth, scalable experiences end-to-end.
Deep, hands-on expertise delivering production-grade applications using modern JS/TS best practices.
Proven ability to create scalable, maintainable, and high-performance systems that stand the test of time.
Strong experience with MongoDB and AWS services (Lambda, S3, API Gateway) for robust, cloud-native solutions.
Skilled at creating and managing pipelines, automated deployments, and infrastructure-as-code to keep things shipping smoothly.
Proficient with tools like Jest and Cypress to ensure quality, reliability, and confidence in every release.
