Designer

• Evolve and enhance the creative vision for Zinc’s brand across all channels and lead creative sessions
• Mentor and manage the junior designer and guide design direction for campaigns and collateral
• Take full ownership of the Webflow website: structure, navigation, design, build, maintenance, and bug fixes
• Deliver new page designs, build landing pages, and iterate quickly in Webflow without external support
• Own Webflow updates from the wider business and keep pages fresh, functional, and on-brand
• Ensure the site is seamless across devices and browsers and proactively identify UX, CRO, and performance improvements
• Create assets for multi-channel campaigns (paid social, PPC, email, display) and collaborate on video assets
• Support content team with visuals for blogs, webinars, and reports
• Design event signage, shell schemes, swag, and lead creative for bespoke community initiatives
• Design product collateral for launches and translate complex features into simple visuals
• Align with Growth, Content, Events, Marketing Ops, and revenue teams to ensure cohesive and accessible collateral
