Attorney

• Join the Legal and Compliance department during scale-up growth, working in a team expanding from five towards ten
• Work directly with the Associate Legal Counsel on commercial contracts, legal research and due diligence processes
• Negotiate and draft mid-market commercial contracts with the sales team to help close deals
• Work on supplier or due diligence questionnaires, handling significant amounts of customer data
• Conduct legal research for Customer, Revenue, People or Product teams
• Assist the Head of Legal on ad hoc strategic projects and tasks
• Assist with data impact assessments, privacy impact assessments and data subject access requests
• Work autonomously within a pod of Legal and Compliance Executives and shape the work you tackle
