About the role
- Join the Legal and Compliance department during high-growth and help scale the team
- Managed by and work directly with the Head of Legal on high-impact tasks and strategic projects
- Own delivery of pivotal commercial contract negotiations and high-value contracts contributing to Revenue goals
- Develop and maximise the legal tech stack and assist on tactical legal projects
- Work closely with Product to ensure GDPR compliance for shipped products
- Enable and upskill Customer and Revenue teams on legal and regulatory landscape
- Manage a small pod of Legal and Compliance Executives
- Shape the future direction of the Legal department and approach to risk
Requirements
- You’re probably an NQ or 1 Year PQE but we’re more than welcome to candidates with more experience than this.
- Empathetic leader; natural, empathetic leadership and willingness to be coached on management
- Impeccable attention to detail
- A natural communicator able to work with senior stakeholders and manage a small team
