About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support Zinc clients in strengthening public communications efforts through data driven insights
Collect, clean, and analyse data from multiple sources
Develop dashboards and reports to track communication performance
Track and evaluate performance metrics and KPIs
Identify trends in audience engagement and information consumption
Translate data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders
Support the optimisation of communication strategies and content
Contribute to monitoring of the information environment
Ensure all outputs align with relevant legal, ethical, and data protection standards

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in data analysis, research, or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience working with data analysis tools (e.g. Excel, Python, R, or similar)
Experience with data visualisation tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
Understanding of digital analytics (e.g. social media metrics, web analytics)
Ability to communicate complex data clearly and effectively
Strong organisational and time management skills
Experience working with government, NGOs, or international organisations is desirable
Fluent Armenian required. English proficiency a plus.
