Key responsibilities & impact

Generate innovative design concepts and present them effectively to stakeholders
Translate complex policy messages into engaging visual content
Contribute to the development of campaign concepts, branding, and visual identities
Deliver high-quality outputs within tight deadlines
Ensure strong attention to detail in all design work
Respond quickly to feedback and revise materials as needed
Ensure all outputs align with relevant legal, ethical, and editorial standards

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design and visual storytelling skills
Experience designing for social media platforms and diverse audiences
Understanding of audience engagement and digital communication trends
Experience in motion graphics or video editing is an advantage
Strong organisational and time management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Experience working with government, NGOs, or international organisations is desirable.
Fluent Armenian required. English proficiency a plus.
