About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as the Functional Analyst for the BTS Financial Systems Team
Maintain detailed functional specifications for EPM including data loads, workflows, reports, security groups, and enhancements
Assist in delivering month-end / year-end closing in EPM
Security role administration in accordance with corporate policy within the EPM SUITE
Review related Oracle updates/patches involving EPM and assigned ERP module and execute testing
Participate in Business Requirements workshops and gather, review, and validate business needs
Collaborate with external consultants and Finance teams to identify performance improvement opportunities
Manage the communication, escalations, coordination of testing for all projects

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong communication skills pivot between technical specifications to business and financial terms
Bachelor’s in Business, Accounting, Business Technology, Management Information Systems or equivalent
3+ years working in operational accounting, particularly in Financial reporting, Fixed Assets, Budgeting and Forecasting
A minimum of 5 years’ experience with Oracle EPM or Hyperion or ERP
Working knowledge of SmartView, Oracle reporting tools or Power BI
Strong knowledge of integration between Finance and other functional modules
Experience in Oracle Products: EPM (FCCS and/or EPBCS), Oracle Financials, Capital Asset Management, or OTBI Reporting
Experience with Project Budgeting / forecasting in Oracle
Experience working with 3rd party support
