About the role
- Design and implement measurement frameworks and KPIs to evaluate content, site engagement, chatbot interactions, and campaign performance.
- Build dashboards and recurring reports to visualize performance data; translate findings into clear, actionable insights.
- Partner with marketing operations and IT to streamline data pipelines and automate reporting.
- Identify opportunities through data and recommend enhancements across content gaps, conversion drop-offs, and discovery improvements.
- Collaborate with content strategists, content creators, performance marketers, and technology partners to support content development with insights.
- Stay curious about AI and chatbots; explore opportunities to integrate predictive analytics, NLP, and intelligent automation into reporting and engagement strategies.
Requirements
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in digital content measurement
- Proficiency with content technologies and platforms such as Salesforce, Sitecore, and social listening tools.
- Hands-on experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Domo.
- Strong understanding of website analytics platforms, content performance metrics, and KPIs mapped to customer journey.
- Excellent storytelling and data presentation skills—able to translate analytics into actionable recommendations.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.
- Background or interest in conversational AI, chatbots, and advanced analytics is a plus.
