About the role

  • Own and evolve the end‑to‑end sales tools roadmap using proprietary Zillow data
  • Build and improve tools for customer‑facing insights on market trends and renter behavior
  • Lead the AI and automation strategy for sales workflows with Generative AI integration
  • Define and execute a buy‑vs‑build strategy for the sales technology stack
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Data Science, and other teams to design and launch tools
  • Evaluate product performance with a data‑driven, user‑centric approach
  • Identify and prioritize opportunities for efficiency improvements
  • Drive alignment across diverse stakeholders in a fully remote environment

Requirements

  • 10+ years of product management or closely related experience guiding cross‑functional teams to deliver measurable business impact
  • Deep understanding of AI and its application in B2B sales
  • Skilled at understanding customer and stakeholder needs and translating them into clear product requirements
  • Analytical mindset and modeling skills for data-driven recommendations
  • Ability to lead product development in an agile, fast‑paced environment
