About the role
- Own and evolve the end‑to‑end sales tools roadmap using proprietary Zillow data
- Build and improve tools for customer‑facing insights on market trends and renter behavior
- Lead the AI and automation strategy for sales workflows with Generative AI integration
- Define and execute a buy‑vs‑build strategy for the sales technology stack
- Collaborate with Engineering, Data Science, and other teams to design and launch tools
- Evaluate product performance with a data‑driven, user‑centric approach
- Identify and prioritize opportunities for efficiency improvements
- Drive alignment across diverse stakeholders in a fully remote environment
Requirements
- 10+ years of product management or closely related experience guiding cross‑functional teams to deliver measurable business impact
- Deep understanding of AI and its application in B2B sales
- Skilled at understanding customer and stakeholder needs and translating them into clear product requirements
- Analytical mindset and modeling skills for data-driven recommendations
- Ability to lead product development in an agile, fast‑paced environment
