- Lead and develop the Strategic Accounts sales team
- Drive revenue growth and deepen partnerships
- Define and execute go-to-market strategy for key accounts

- Represent Zillow Group Rentals externally through presentations and meetings
Requirements
- 10+ years of sales experience, including 5+ years leading sales teams
- Strong track record of setting goals and managing pipelines
- Enterprise sales experience strongly preferred
- Proven ability to lead teams in a fast-paced environment
- Experience coaching teams through longer, complex sales cycles
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively to senior stakeholders
- Proficient in CRM tools, Salesforce preferred
- Able to travel 25–50% for planned meetings
