present sourcing strategies and performance insights to senior leadership

Requirements

7+ years of progressively responsible experience in strategic sourcing or procurement
direct ownership of high-impact Shared Services categories such as People/HR, Finance, and Legal
demonstrated experience leading end-to-end sourcing strategy
proven ability to operate as a trusted, consultative advisor to VP+ stakeholders
established track record of personal executive-level presentations and reviews
demonstrated success owning and negotiating large complex sourcing initiatives
experience designing and leading supplier governance models
strong proficiency with sourcing and contract management platforms
comfortable operating with ambiguity and limited direction
bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field; preferred certifications include Lean Six Sigma, PMP, CSP, CPSM, or similar
