- Lead Zillow’s companywide storytelling engine by developing integrated campaigns
- Own the strategy, execution, standards, and evolution of employee communications channels
- Shape cohesive companywide narratives tied to business priorities
- Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to translate business strategy into narrative
- Measure communication effectiveness and apply learnings to continuously improve impact
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in communications
- 5+ years of experience driving large-scale, integrated campaigns
- Strong editorial judgment
- Experience building scalable templates, playbooks, or communication frameworks
- Skilled at translating complex business and product strategy into clear, engaging employee narratives
- A trusted advisor who can influence at senior levels
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Data-informed and insight-driven, with strong instincts for testing, learning, and iterating
- Comfortable operating in build mode
