About the role
- Own the multi-year product strategy and roadmap for Zillow’s screening ecosystem
- Partner with Engineering to evolve the screening platform
- Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and Partner teams
- Define success metrics for performance, trust, and conversion
- Translate complex technical and regulatory dependencies for senior leadership
- Mentor other PMs across the Rentals organization
Requirements
- 8+ years in a Product Management role
- Ecommerce and/or marketplace experience preferred
- Customer-obsessed mindset
- Track record of shipping and scaling products that handle sensitive data or high transaction volume
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Experience influencing cross-functional teams and executives through data, storytelling, and clarity of thought
- Outstanding eye for business
- Strong sense of ownership and capability to prioritize across multiple intersecting initiatives
