About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own and maintain the HubSpot CRM platform, ensuring data integrity, pipeline accuracy, and up-to-date contact and company records.
  • Build and manage workflows, sequences, deal stages, and reporting dashboards within HubSpot.
  • Produce regular sales performance reports covering pipeline health, conversion rates, activity metrics, and revenue forecasting.
  • Analyse outbound data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Track and report on outbound activity, appointment conversion rates, and lead quality.
  • Answer inbound calls in a professional and timely manner, serving as a knowledgeable first point of contact.
  • Work in close partnership with the Marketing Coordinator to align marketing-generated leads with the sales pipeline.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Demonstrated experience managing HubSpot CRM, including workflows, pipelines, and reporting.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and present clear, concise findings.
  • Experience in outbound sales support, appointment setting, or lead qualification.
  • Confident and professional communicator, comfortable handling inbound calls.
  • High attention to detail with a structured, process-driven approach to work.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across sales and marketing functions.
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data manipulation and reporting.
