Legal Counsel

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide timely, practical, and business-oriented legal guidance to stakeholders.
- Support the organization in managing labor law compliance, employee relations, investigations, disciplinary actions, and labor disputes.
- Ensure corporate records, reportorial requirements, and governance documentation are properly maintained across Philippine and international entities.
- Support the review, drafting, negotiation, and administration of contracts to protect interests while enabling business growth.
- Partner with the Legal & Compliance Lead in maintaining compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Philippine lawyer in good standing.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in labor law, corporate law, contract management, compliance, or related legal practice.
- Experience handling SENA proceedings, Labor Arbiter matters, employment investigations, and contract review preferred.
- Strong legal drafting, research, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience supporting fast-growing or multi-entity organizations is an advantage.
