Key responsibilities & impact

Engage prospective sellers from strategic lead lists
Convert them into active marketplace partners
Execute structured outbound outreach via phone, email and LinkedIn
Assess seller suitability and progress qualified sellers through sign-up
Maintain accurate CRM records across outreach and opportunities
Manage follow-ups and objection handling to drive conversions
Collaborate with the Team Lead to improve outreach effectiveness

Requirements

What you’ll need

2–4 years experience in outbound sales, inside sales or lead generation
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Comfortable working to clear activity and conversion targets
High level of organisation and CRM discipline
Resilient and self-motivated in a high-volume environment
Experience in B2B, e-commerce, SaaS or marketplaces is highly advantageous.
