About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Engage prospective sellers from strategic lead lists
  • Convert them into active marketplace partners
  • Execute structured outbound outreach via phone, email and LinkedIn
  • Assess seller suitability and progress qualified sellers through sign-up
  • Maintain accurate CRM records across outreach and opportunities
  • Manage follow-ups and objection handling to drive conversions
  • Collaborate with the Team Lead to improve outreach effectiveness

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2–4 years experience in outbound sales, inside sales or lead generation
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Comfortable working to clear activity and conversion targets
  • High level of organisation and CRM discipline
  • Resilient and self-motivated in a high-volume environment
  • Experience in B2B, e-commerce, SaaS or marketplaces is highly advantageous.
