About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Order Management: Process all confirmed orders accurately and without delay
- Logistics & Freight: Manage all freight bookings, courier coordination, and delivery scheduling
- Invoicing & Administration: Issue invoices promptly upon order confirmation or agreed milestones
- Customer Communications: Handle all inbound customer queries professionally and promptly
- Supplier & Vendor Coordination: Maintain relationships with suppliers and service providers
- General Operations: Identify inefficiencies and fix them without being told
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 3 years in an operations, logistics coordination, or similar role
- Demonstrated experience managing freight and order fulfilment — not just administrative support
- Experience with invoicing and basic financial administration
- Exceptional written English — your customer communications represent a premium brand
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, project management tools, and comfort learning new systems quickly
- Available and responsive during Australian business hours — this is non-negotiable
