About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Interact with a global team of skilled individuals in Manila, the US and the rest of the world.
Track weekly sales data and create sales forecasts, reports and internal data-analysis to help inform and guide future business operations.
Use Salesforce CRM software and other internal operations tools to identify areas for process and sales improvement
Create and document sales operations process to standardize our sales playbook materials
Perform data cleansing and database deduping, monitor data quality, Import and mass update data as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 3 (years) of relevant experience
Has immaculate attention to detail
Strong quantitative / analytical skills and vast experience with spreadsheet tools
Very comfortable with technology and online applications (MS apps and tools including Google Suites)
Exposure to SalesForce CRM or other comparable CRM system
Excellent written and spoken English
Strong references from former employers and partners
Can work independently and also collaboratively
Has experience implementing a systemized process that achieved results
Comfortable working cross-border with global teams across time zones
