About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for engaging prospective sellers from strategic lead lists
- Convert leads into active marketplace partners
- Execute structured outbound outreach via phone, email and LinkedIn
- Assess seller suitability and progress qualified sellers to sign-up
- Maintain accurate CRM records across all outreach and opportunities
- Collaborate with the Team Lead to improve outreach effectiveness
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2–4 years experience in outbound sales, inside sales or lead generation
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Comfortable working to clear activity and conversion targets
- High level of organisation and CRM discipline
- Resilient and self-motivated in a high-volume environment
- Experience in B2B, e-commerce, SaaS or marketplaces is highly advantageous.
