About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and manage a team of Outbound Sales Specialists responsible for seller acquisition outreach
- Provide coaching and support to improve outreach effectiveness and sales conversion
- Oversee daily outbound activity across calls, emails and LinkedIn outreach
- Track activity metrics including outreach volume response rates meetings booked seller conversions
- Maintain CRM hygiene and ensure accurate pipeline reporting
- Continuously refine outreach scripts, messaging and sales playbooks
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years experience in outbound sales or inside sales
- 2+ years experience leading or supervising a sales team
- Strong pipeline management and CRM discipline
- Experience running structured outbound acquisition programs
- Excellent coaching and performance management capability
- Comfortable operating in a high-volume sales environment
- Experience in e-commerce, marketplaces or SaaS is highly desirable.
