About the role
- Build and maintain scalable backend features using Laravel and PHP
- Write code optimized for multi-tenant environments
- Design and implement REST APIs and manage third-party integrations
- Schema design and query optimization in MySQL
- Work closely with the Technical Lead to translate product roadmaps into executable code
- Contribute to technical documentation
- Rapidly diagnose and fix bugs within the production environment
Requirements
- Extensive experience with Laravel and PHP in a production environment
- Strong knowledge of MySQL, including complex schema design and performance tuning
- Proven experience working on live SaaS products
- Strong experience with RESTful API design, authentication patterns, and security
- Familiarity with AWS environments and deployment pipelines
- Acute problem solver mindset
- Commitment to best practices, including version control (Git), automated testing, and clean code.
