Requirements

8+ years of experience in IT systems or collaboration/platform engineering
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
Deep Google Workspace experience running large or complex environments
Strong systems design and troubleshooting skills
Solid scripting and automation skills (e.g., Google Apps Script, Python)
Experience implementing and operating security, privacy, and compliance controls
Experience integrating Google Workspace with identity and endpoint tools
Proven use of AI tools in engineering or operations work
Track record of operating at a staff-level scope
Ability to lead and mentor other engineers
Comfort working across diverse teams and locations
