About the role
- Own and scale ZIGChain’s operating system
- Drive clarity, speed, and execution across teams by mastering our Asana workflows
- Conduct a comprehensive audit of the existing Asana system, understanding every workflow, template, and integration
- Identify optimization opportunities and quick wins that can be implemented immediately
- Establish yourself as the expert operator and single source of truth for how the system works
- Create or update comprehensive process documentation and keep building out our operational handbook
- Begin driving adoption across teams that may not yet be fully using the system
- Ensure the system remains reliable and driving continuous refinement based on team feedback and data
- Evolve the system to support new business needs and team growth
- Establish clear metrics demonstrating increased velocity, reduced bottlenecks, and improved team clarity
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in an operations, project management, or process improvement role, with a proven track record of building systems that scale
- Expert-level mastery of Asana including building complex workflows, templates, reporting, and integrations
- Proven ability to systematize work —building and maintaining templates, reusable workflows, and clear documentation that others can easily adopt and understand
- Experience driving process adoption and change management across multiple teams and departments
- Exceptional communication and documentation skills —you can clearly explain the 'why' behind a process, get buy-in from stakeholders at all levels, and translate complex workflows into accessible written guides
- Comfortable working autonomously in a remote environment . You take ownership of your work and don't need constant direction.
