About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the systems our revenue runs on including Salesforce, quotes, sales orders, and reporting
- Generate accurate quotes and sales orders in collaboration with Sales leads
- Ensure accuracy of pipeline and forecast data in Salesforce
- Administer Salesforce and support users, manage fields and reports
- Produce unified reporting incorporating various data inputs
- Build and improve AI-assisted workflows to replace manual processes
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or CRM administration at a commercial SaaS company
- 2+ years hands-on administering a modern CRM (Salesforce or comparable)
- Demonstrated AI fluency in embedding LLMs or automation tools into workflows
- Strong written communication skills
- Understanding of order-to-cash processes
- Adaptable to a dynamic environment
