About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Partner with the broader sales team to qualify revenue opportunities through a rigorous discovery process, identifying client pain points and technical requirements.
Conduct full technical discovery to identify business and technical requirements, then configure Zignal solutions specifically tailored to meet those mission-critical needs.
Develop and deliver high-impact presentations and platform demonstrations to business decision-makers and C-level executives, translating raw data into actionable insights.
Lead compelling Proofs of Concept for new use cases and provide technical support to prospects and partners from initial contact through to the close.
Act as the primary technical subject matter expert for responding to RFIs and RFPs.
Partner with existing customers to identify and support continued growth opportunities within established accounts.

Requirements

What you’ll need

4+ years of experience as a technical Solutions Consultant or Sales Engineer in an Enterprise SaaS, Analytics, or GovTech environment.
A strong intellectual curiosity regarding the evolving media ecosystem, narrative intelligence, and AI-driven analytics.
Superior communication skills with a proven ability to facilitate discovery conversations with C-suite executives and technical stakeholders.
Deep experience in Internet technologies, SaaS configuration, API technology, and relational databases.
An excellent understanding of Boolean logic and a demonstrated ability to translate complex data sets into narrative-driven insights.
A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment, balancing competitive spirit with high integrity and collaboration.
Active TS/SCI is required.
