• Support the Legal & Compliance Department in the preparation of legal documentation, corporate filings, and regulatory processes
• Draft standard corporate documents and assist with company registrations and filings
• Conduct basic legal research on Luxembourg corporate and regulatory matters
• Maintain structured digital and physical legal files
• Coordinate with CRM, Accounting, and Administrative teams for required information
• Assist in updating templates and internal checklists
• Provide general legal support for internal projects and client-related matters as delegated.
