About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Identify, prospect, and establish new business relationships with top publishers, indie creators, and digital tabletop asset developers in the TTRPG space
- Structure and close deals for Humble Bundle promotions
- Drive regular promotions from initial concept and developer outreach to the final launch on the site
- Maintain a deep and up-to-date understanding of the global TTRPG space
- Maintain and scale our current portfolio of partners alongside building new connections
- Serve as their primary liaison through regular check-ins and collaborative strategic planning
- Work closely with various teams to find new tactics to build appealing products
- Track key performance metrics and build accurate sales forecasting
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of business development, licensing, or sales experience in digital retail, publishing, or the tabletop gaming industry
- A deep, authentic love for Tabletop RPGs and the gaming community
- Excellent negotiation, verbal, and written skills
- Proven ability to proactively work independently on multiple projects at once
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- A collaborative mindset with a proven track record of building strong relationships
