About the role
- Lead strategic business development initiatives focused on hospitals and health systems across the United States, selling integrated advertising and marketing solutions across Castle Connolly and Everyday Health platforms
- Revenue generation and account management: manage a comprehensive sales pipeline with annual revenue targets exceeding $1 million; execute integrated media campaigns
- Product development and market strategy: collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance offerings, provide market intelligence, and inform product roadmap
- Performance management and growth: drive renewals, expansions, and ROI measurement with Salesforce-based forecasting
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in B2B media sales, healthcare marketing, or strategic partnerships
- Proven track record in quota-carrying sales roles with demonstrated success in exceeding annual revenue targets
- Previous experience working with hospitals, health systems, or healthcare organizations strongly preferred
- Experience managing complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and decision-makers
- Comprehensive understanding of healthcare marketing, hospital operations, and health system branding strategies
- Knowledge of digital marketing platforms, media buying, and integrated campaign development
- Familiarity with healthcare industry trends, regulatory considerations, and patient acquisition strategies
- Strong analytical capabilities with experience in performance tracking and ROI measurement
- Proficiency in CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, and sales engagement platforms such as Salesloft
- Experience with media proposal development and presentation software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to present to C-level executives
- Strategic thinking capabilities combined with strong execution and project management skills
