About the role

Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in B2B media sales, healthcare marketing, or strategic partnerships
  • Proven track record in quota-carrying sales roles with demonstrated success in exceeding annual revenue targets
  • Previous experience working with hospitals, health systems, or healthcare organizations strongly preferred
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Comprehensive understanding of healthcare marketing, hospital operations, and health system branding strategies
  • Knowledge of digital marketing platforms, media buying, and integrated campaign development
  • Familiarity with healthcare industry trends, regulatory considerations, and patient acquisition strategies
  • Strong analytical capabilities with experience in performance tracking and ROI measurement
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, and sales engagement platforms such as Salesloft
  • Experience with media proposal development and presentation software
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to present to C-level executives
