About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive strategic growth for Ookla’s enterprise solutions portfolio
- Identify, develop, and close complex enterprise opportunities
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to grow enterprise revenue
- Build and manage a robust pipeline achieving quarterly and annual quotas
- Lead complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles from prospecting through contract negotiation
- Sell consultatively by aligning solutions with customer objectives
- Educate customers on the business impact of WiFi performance, wireless reliability, and user experience
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor Degree or Equivalent Working Experience
- Enterprise and consultative sales expertise
- Strong understanding of WiFi technologies and enterprise wireless networking
- Ability to articulate the business value of network intelligence and wireless performance solutions
- Executive-level communication and presentation skills
- Experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles
- Relationship building with technical and business stakeholders
- Pipeline development and strategic account management
- Negotiation and contract management
- CRM proficiency, preferably Salesforce
- Knowledge of WiFi 6/6E/7 technologies and emerging wireless standards
- Familiarity with enterprise networking vendors such as Cisco, Aruba, Juniper, Extreme Networks, or Ruckus
- Understanding of RF spectrum analysis, wireless site surveys, and network troubleshooting methodologies
- Experience working with telecommunications providers, managed service providers, or channel partners
- Knowledge of SaaS subscription models, recurring revenue strategies, and enterprise software licensing
- Experience selling network analytics, observability, or digital experience monitoring platforms
- Ability to interpret and communicate technical network performance data to executive audiences
- Experience participating in industry trade shows, technical conferences, or partner events
- Existing relationships within enterprise IT, networking, or telecom decision-maker communities
- Familiarity with cloud networking, SD-WAN, SASE, or cybersecurity-adjacent technologies
