About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for maintaining and improving cloud infrastructure primarily on AWS
- Architect, implement, maintain, and optimize cloud infrastructure including services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC, IAM, CloudWatch, and Amazon EKS
- Develop, manage, and maintain scalable cloud environments using Infrastructure as Code tools
- Design, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines to automate build, testing, and deployment processes
- Manage and operate containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes
- Implement and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting systems
- Implement cloud security best practices
- Manage and optimize Amazon RDS database infrastructure
- Configure and administer Cloudflare for network security and performance optimization
- Collaborate with development, product, and operations teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4+ years of professional experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or Infrastructure Engineering roles
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS services including EC2, EKS, VPC, IAM, S3, RDS, Lambda, and CloudWatch
- Proven experience deploying and managing containerized workloads using Docker and Kubernetes
- Demonstrated experience using Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, or AWS CDK
- Hands-on experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitLab CI/CD, Argo CD, Jenkins
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell
- Practical experience managing relational databases such as Amazon RDS
- Strong understanding of networking concepts
- Experience implementing monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
