About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Actively monitor daily and weekly performance across a diverse portfolio of pharma and CPG campaigns
Synthesize data from third-party measurement partners and internal datasets to evaluate performance KPIs
Transform raw data into compelling narratives and visualizations that demonstrate campaign ROI and health outcomes
Act as a subject matter expert for the Sales team
Partner with various internal teams to facilitate optimal performance and measurement setups
Support Strategic Enablement and Performance Operations in streamlining reporting workflows

Requirements

What you’ll need

2–4 years of experience in data analytics
Demonstrated understanding of pharma-specific measurement solutions (Crossix, IQVIA, etc.)
Proficiency in SQL for data extraction
Experience with Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, Advanced Formulas)
Experience with data visualization dashboards (such as Domo, Tableau, Looker, or Power BI)
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Social Sciences, Business Analytics) or equivalent experience
