About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Research, vet, and write deals content, verifying accuracy and editorial best practices, including documentation
- Adhere to a workflow for identifying new and updated deals content
- Collaborate closely with Edit colleagues across teams and time zones
- Effectively identify and escalate potential issues, make suggestions, and quickly adopt learnings
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years of writing experience or commensurate, preferably in service journalism
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to follow editorial policies and best practices
- Comfortable getting into the weeds on topics you are not an expert in, to ensure submitted writing is accurate and authoritative
- Willingness to occasionally work outside of standard hours to support business needs during major events
