About the role
- Responsible for the sales activities with existing Ookla clients
- Act as client’s primary point for contract renewals and negotiations
- Demonstrate product offerings and value proposition to customers
- Develop and grow relationships across customer’s business and technical organizations
- Educate and support clients to ensure optimum utilization of our product suite
- Provide sales support to a customer base mostly of seasoned technical staff
- Engage with Director and C-Level executives in support of business needs
- Partner with technical account management team and sales directors
- Champion and advocate for customer requirements within Ookla
- Continually develop knowledge and application of new technologies
Requirements
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally to support client engagements
- Experience in the Telecommunications market (fixed and/or mobile networks, access)
- At least 3 years’ experience in a Sales or Business Development role
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Strategic account planning and execution skills
- Responsible, able to manage time effectively and work efficiently
- Experience with negotiation of sales contracts with a consultative sales approach
- Experience with crowdsourcing, benchmarking or customer experience management is a plus
- Fluent in Portuguese is a plus
