About the role
- Support Sales Account Directors with data reporting & analysis
- Interact with retail partners to grow client relationships
- Analyze program performance and make strategic recommendations
- Collaborate with Account Team to develop and implement strategic solutions
- Monitor and report on effectiveness of optimized campaigns
- Present strategic client-facing presentations and prepare Quarterly Business Reviews
- Identify up-sell and incremental opportunities
Requirements
- 2 to 5 years experience in account management, customer/client success, marketing or project management
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint or Google App Equivalent
- Excellent communication skills
- Critical thinking skills including data analysis
- Proven ability to manage projects in a changing, fast-paced environment
- Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related field strongly preferred
