Manufacturing Engineer

• Responsible for the activities related to the development and support of Printed Circuit Board Final Assembly processes and Injection Molding processes including analyzing & improving quality, capacity, and capability.
• Perform root cause analysis, process capability studies, and implement process controls to ensure process performance requirements are met and sustained.
• Develop equipment, mold tooling, materials, and process performance requirements, performs vendor searches and equipment evaluation to ensure adequate capability to produce quality product in required quantities at an effective cost.
• Develops and performs Designed Experiment (DOE) and capability studies, develops process specifications, and designs & procures process tooling.
• Develops process and equipment documentation and trains personnel on new processes, materials, and equipment.
• Provide technical support for new product launches including establishing process recipes, tooling procurement, and performing Design for Manufacturing (DFM) reviews identifying improvements for manufacturability.
• Apply verbal and written communications skills in periodic and special reports/presentations both internally and with customers. Capable of reading mechanical CAD drawings with understanding of GD&T drafting principles.

General Counsel

• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating complex contracts (standard and non-standard), including commercial agreements, supplier/vendor contracts, technology agreements, confidentiality agreements, service agreements and strategic partnership agreements
• Proactive and advisory work in contracts and civil law matters in general, with a focus on legal efficiency and risk mitigation
• Leading negotiation meetings with internal stakeholders, suppliers and business partners, acting as the technical reference on contractual matters
• Providing advisory support to internal teams, offering legal guidance on contracts, civil law and related topics
• Developing and improving policies, processes and contract templates, with a focus on applying legal technology to achieve scalability and efficiency
• Supporting multidisciplinary projects and operations that require a broad legal perspective, autonomy and decision-making capability.
