About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Plan and monitor functional safety activities within the software domain
- Manage software-domain artifacts within the safety plan and safety case report
- Perform safety analyses including FTA, DFA, and FFI for the software domain
- Conduct risk assessment and impact analysis for architecture changes
- Represent the software domain in safety assessments and audits for respective projects
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience performing safety analysis for safety-critical functions in the automotive domain
- Good experience analyzing functional safety requirements
- Knowledge and experience with AUTOSAR architecture, RTOS, and software development processes
- Experience in system requirement analysis and ASIL decomposition for software components
- Experience in test specification and execution of fault injection tests as part of SWE.6
- Knowledge of or hands-on experience with base software development and configuration
- Knowledge of Automotive SPICE and ISO 26262
- Knowledge of C programming
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
