About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Plan and monitor functional safety activities within the software domain
  • Manage software-domain artifacts within the safety plan and safety case report
  • Perform safety analyses including FTA, DFA, and FFI for the software domain
  • Conduct risk assessment and impact analysis for architecture changes
  • Represent the software domain in safety assessments and audits for respective projects

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience performing safety analysis for safety-critical functions in the automotive domain
  • Good experience analyzing functional safety requirements
  • Knowledge and experience with AUTOSAR architecture, RTOS, and software development processes
  • Experience in system requirement analysis and ASIL decomposition for software components
  • Experience in test specification and execution of fault injection tests as part of SWE.6
  • Knowledge of or hands-on experience with base software development and configuration
  • Knowledge of Automotive SPICE and ISO 26262
  • Knowledge of C programming
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English
