About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and execute simulation models for Air Suspension Systems, powertrain systems and Steering Systems using MBD software.
- Analyze simulation results and provide recommendations for design improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure simulation models are aligned with project goals.
- Develop and maintain simulation models for various Air Suspension, powertrain components, including transmissions, and drivelines.
- Conduct sensitivity analyses to evaluate the impact of design changes on system performance.
- Develop and maintain simulation tools and processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Provide technical support to other engineers and stakeholders on simulation-related issues.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Multi Body Simulation using ANSYS Motion/ Simpack / ADAMS software
- Experience in Powertrain/driveline, Suspension systems and Steering systems simulation is required.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle dynamics
- Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills & Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team & Experience with MATLAB or Python is a plus.
