About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and simulate system-level 1D models using Siemens AMESim
  • Perform multi-domain simulations (thermal, fluid, mechanical, electrical systems)
  • Create and validate models for components such as: Compressors (Reciprocating and scroll), Pumps /valves, HVAC systems, Battery cooling / thermal management, ESC / braking systems (if automotive), Motors.
  • Correlate simulation results with test/experimental data. Conduct design optimization and sensitivity analysis
  • Support system performance evaluation and troubleshooting. Prepare technical reports, documentation, and presentations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, validation, testing)
  • Participate in requirement analysis and system architecture development

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong experience in Siemens AMESim / LMS Imagine.Lab AMESim
  • Knowledge of 1D system simulation principles.
  • Understanding of multi-physics systems
  • Experience in Thermal management systems, Fluid dynamics (1D level), Control systems integration
  • Good understanding of vehicle systems (preferred for automotive roles)
  • Ability to interpret test data and perform model validation.
