About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for the localization of ZF Products
  • Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify product improvement
  • Collaborate with the senior management team to align localization strategies with overall business goals
  • Oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations and ensure efficient use of resources
  • Monitor and analyse product performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
  • Development of new suppliers in coordination with Purchase department

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation Engineering, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
  • Proven experience of NPD (10–15 years) in a similar industry of testing equipment
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful localization strategies
  • Strong networking in Indian Automotive OEMs as well as with relevant suppliers.
